The following methods have been adapted by the committee in order to achieve the task objective:

• Review the design of current female coverall in the oil and gas industry and other sister companies.
• Obtain the viewpoint of the ADCO Ladies :
  
  
  • Meet ADCO Technical Ladies to explain and discuss the task and sought their view on the suitable and acceptable design.
  • Compile all the comments of the above meeting and come up with four different designs and colors
  • Conduct a survey to choose the most suitable coverall among four different designs and colors. 
  • Conduct a field trial to examine the different choices of length and optional cloth accessories.
    
    
• Obtain endorsement by a formal UAE’s Religious Authority (by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments) that addresses both, female work in the fields and acceptance of the proposed coverall.
• Obtain HSE Endorsement and ADCO management Approval.
