• Uphold Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) as core-values more than simple priorities.
• Comply with all applicable U.A.E. and Abu Dhabi laws and regulations, international standards and relevant best practices.
• Design and maintain safe and healthy work places, plant and equipment, safe operating systems and methods of work.
• Use best available environmental technology and practices; progressively reduce emissions, discharges and wastes, improve the efficient use of energy and conserve natural resources.
• Identify operational hazards and environmental aspects to manage HSE risks to a level that ensures safety of people, protection of the environment and integrity of operation.
• Hold all levels of management, supervision and employees, in line function accountable for HSE performance.
• Empower all employees and contactors to stop any work that is considered unsafe or not in line with HSE policy and procedures.
• Mitigate all HSE deficiencies and non-conformances identified through audits, inspections and incident investigations as well as other sources, in a timely manner.
• Continually improve HSE performance by fostering a positive HSE culture that recognizes individual contributions.
• Measure, appraise and publicly report HSE performance against annually set HSE objectives and targets.
