Bu Hasa/Huwaila/BQ Assets

Bu Hasa /Huwaila/BQ Assets contribute 40% of ADCO’s daily production. It covers an extensive area of 600 square kilometers. It includes 3 major fields.

1) Bu Hasa:

Bu Hasa Field is located 200km south west of Abu Dhabi city in the desert. It contributes 38% of the daily asset production.

2) Huwaila:

Huwaila is located 37 km south of Bu Hasa Field. It contributes 2% of the total daily production of the Asset.

3) Bida Al-Qemzan (BQ):

BQ field is located 32 km north of Bu Hasa Field. It is a new field and full field development is in progress. Expected commissioning of the field is in 2012.

It will contribute the 3.5% of the total daily Asset production.
