ADCO deals with some of the educational organizations located in the UAE. The majority of our employees are sent to Higher Colleges of Technology. Please find the list of the educational organization:

Work Placement:

ADCO accommodates students from the different educational institutions to undergo their internship program for a certain period of time. This exercise is taking place all through the year as it is closely linked to the study programs/curricula of the different universities and colleges. The students get accredited for these periods and, at certain instances, make use of this training to finalize their graduation projects. There are guidelines in place to regulate the intake of the students within ADCO to ensure the following:

• Maximum benefit to the students,
• Maintain ADCO's role as a contributor to the development of the society,
• Not to disturb work operations or present a burden on staff assigned to monitor the progress of the students

The students accommodated are sometimes the sons or daughters of ADCO staff and still, the agreed guidelines are applied.
